Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 of receiving your order.

Customers must provide clear pictures or an unboxing video upon opening the parcel as proof for return/refund requests.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Customers must return the item first before any refund is processed.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color chosen), the buyer will shoulder the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to our fault (wrong item sent, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method.
