At MIRA MODA PH, we value our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund guidelines below:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 of receiving your order.

  • Customers must provide clear pictures or an unboxing video upon opening the parcel as proof for return/refund requests.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers must return the item first before any refund is processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color chosen), the buyer will shoulder the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to our fault (wrong item sent, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement.

  • All refunds are processed to the original payment method.
