1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship nationwide within the Philippines through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

  • Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 2–7 business days

  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain amount.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or Messenger.

  • You can use this number to track your delivery status through our courier’s website.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

  • MIRA MODA PH is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a delivery fails due to customer error, re-shipping fees will apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately.

  • Customers must provide photos or videos upon receiving/opening the package to support claims.

  • We will coordinate with the courier for resolution or send a replacement if applicable.
